Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day we ship hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing time for each item.

Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to run out of stock even after you've placed your order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer either a return or exchange.

You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
