Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be adequately secured before being shipped. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to becoming the largest online retailer on earth. These warehouses are located in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.

It is important to note that orders with multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase when it\’s been 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item must not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
